Returns & Refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To request a return, contact us at nicksijmen@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.

Handcrafted product: Every DJ Wallet is made by hand. Small differences in colour, leather grain, croco print, stitching and finish are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
